– We maintain and constantly nurture a pipeline of passive applicants
– We engage in active targeted searches through LinkedIn and other networks for each opening
– We use up to a dozen local and regional job boards to advertise job openings

Screening

Our ever improving screening process continues to become more effective. We focus on presenting you with a shortlist of applicants that exceed the job qualifications we set forth. Our recruiting team conducts exhaustive HR screening and background/reference checks.

On boarding

Get Devs takes care of on boarding from an HR perspective, as well as benefit enrollment, and equipment issuance. You get to focus on orienting your team to the project.

– New employees read and accept the Get Devs handbook (and sometimes the client handbook as well)
– Benefit and healthcare enrollment
– Get Devs and our clients continuously monitor employee performance at the outset
– Clients continue to assign work and monitor deliverables; Get Devs continues to manage HR, benefits, facilities, IT infrastructure, and –
